Bethesda Has Something of a War on Its Hands Over Fallout 76

How you access the room isn't exactly made clear, but it presumably involves the use of mods or the editing of game files. Seeing as there's no console to bring up in game that you would use to enable things like ghosting or teleporting as in Fallout 4 or Skyrim, which have their own secret dev rooms, the aforementioned hypotheses are the most likely route. Also, if you're thinking of doing it, don't. Bethesda has already caught wind of players doing it, and have started issuing bans to those who have managed to get into the room.

A new report has surfaced that players are using glitches to access a hidden developer room in the game, and once inside they are stealing items and paints to sell to other players for real money, or for their own personal cheat gain. News of players accessing the room surfaced on Reddit this week, and a video showing the contents of the area was also posted on YouTube, although the original was taken down and later reuploaded by another YouTuber, PolterGeist.

Needless to say, Bethesda isn't happy. Reportedly, those sources said that the developer was automatically suspending accounts for anyone entering the developer room. At least one player claims to have received a message saying their character was in a "corrupted and/or unusual state" and warning that they'd remain banned until they described how they entered the forbidden room. Third-party Fallout 76 markets have also banned users for trading equipment. If you are you looking for more about FO76 Caps check out our website.

Fallout 76 has had problems since launch with duping exploits and other misbehavior creating a surplus of high-powered items in the gameplay world. Bethesda Game Studios has tried to contain the spread with patches, but accessing Wooby's room is an escalation of this type of threat. Eurogamer reports that players who access the room are having their accounts automatically suspended.

This mod is simple and aims only to add small amounts of New Vegas flair into the online game. According to its creator, "A mod that will make loading screens from Fallout: New Vegas appear as the loading screens to give you that nostalgia. his mod will alter your "photos" file for Fallout 76." This developer room contains plans for every item in the game, including top-tier weapons and unreleased goodies which are supposed to arrive in upcoming updates. Oh, and there's an NPC in there sat all by itself. That's got to be the holy grail for game glitchers.

Inside the developer room are plans for every item in the game, including plans for some items that are thought to be coming to the game in future updates. Bethesda has promised big changes for the game this year, including player vs. player combat. Reports of the existence of the room first surfaced on Reddit a few days back, and word is that gamers on Discord have known about the room for several weeks. A video of the room and how it works was posted by a player called Mr. X on YouTube but was later removed.
